Martha Lazarus
For this round of Charles River Light, I decided to have a closer look at the river along Soldiers Field Road and into Watertown, adding some photos of early spring to those of the river in the fall. I like this time of year when the snow is gone and before leaves obscure the branches of the trees. This is also the time when our eyes ache for color. Happily, the sparkling birches got me interested. I loved exploring the tangled wildness along this very busy part of the Charles.
Digital prints.
